Important information about the User Registration process

  • You will only be able to register for an account if you do not already have an active SkySuite Web portal account or have not held a SkySuite Web portal account before (based on the email address provided during the registration process).

    If your email address has been used on a previous account or registration request, your registration request will not succeed - so if you have used our portal in the past (and your email address has not changed) but your account has been suspended due to inactivity (lack of use) then we can reinstate your existing account.   • If you have an existing account and your personal details have changed (e.g. your name, your email address, or your telephone number), please proceed to log in and then edit your profile, which you can do by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  • If your location has changed or you need access to different airlines, or you need to view data for more locations than your existing profile allows, you will not be able to make such changes yourself. In this scenario, please contact a member of your planning team who can log a ticket with our support team to see your access rights changed.
